Our Client, a National Paint Manufacturing, is looking for Digital Marketing Manager with these qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree majoring in marketing, data mining and insights is a plus
- At least three years' experience with solid digital marketing and social media skills preferably in FMCG
- Digital and CRM skills: consumer journey, always-on strategy, social networks strategy, social media mix
- Must have strong analytics capabilities, and proven record of translating analytical insights into actions
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with peers in sales and other functions, as well as retail/e-retail customers
- Ability to develop strategy and convince stakeholders
- Good communication skill, written and verbal, concise and clearly articulate idea and recommendation
- Good in time management and have the ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail; project management experience and training is a plus
- Good leadership skill and self-motivating, able to work independently and efficiently in a multicultural environment
- Target-oriented, a team player, organised, enthusiastic, and driven
- Adaptation capacity, proactive, self-training, always aware of the latest digital trends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to work from office and located in Tangerang
