Our Client, a Premium Beauty Clinic based in South Jakarta, is looking for a Call Center Manager with these qualifications:
- Female
- Should have good computer / MS Excel skill
- Able to work long hours 12 hrs a day without overtime
- Good in communication
- Able to lead a team to reach target and make changes
- Able to make sales via WA or Calls (hands-on)
- Open from any industry, prefer from hospitality or service industry or similar industry
- Open from team leader or supervisor level
- Having experience as call center inbound & call center outbound (telesales)
